- 1 ½ oz. of Bulldog Gin.
- Lillet Aperitif wine.
- ½ oz. Shiso Honey Syrup.
- 2 tsp. of Hibiscus Rose Concentrate.
- Add ice in cocktail glass to chill.
- Add ingredients to shaker in order as listed.
- Add ice and stir.
- Empty ice from cocktail glass and strain ingredients into cocktail glass.
- Peel lemon and twist into cocktail then run lemon peel around the rim of glass and place peel in cocktail.
