- 2 oz. of Green Hat Gin.
- 1 oz. of Pear Pür Likör.
- 2 dashes of Snappy’s Chocolate Bitters.
- 1 Orange slice.
- 1 Orange peel.
- Add ice to shaker.
- Add the Green Hat Gin, Pür Likör and Chocolate Bitters to strainer.
- Squeeze orange slice into shaker.
- Strain into Coupe glass.
- Twist Orange peel.
- Garnish with Orange peel.
