- 1.5 oz. Ultra Smooth Diplomatico Rum.
- 1 oz. In house made simple syrup (Gran Marnier, orange, vanilla, & cinnamon).
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice.
- 1 oz. of Egg Whites.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Then add the ingredients in the order listed above.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with a fresh Lemon Twist.

This cocktail is a Daiquiri based classic cocktail, very smooth flavors. In house simple syrup with Gran Marnie, orange peel, vanilla, & cinnamon, blended with the smooth Diplomatico Rum. This is an anytime cocktail.
- 1.5 oz. of Belle Meade Bourbon.
- .5 oz. Mata Hari Absinthe.
- Several dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters.
- .25 0z. of Agave.
- Orange Twist.
- Add bourbon, absinthe and agave to shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into Rocks Glass.
- Add several dashes of orange bitters.
- Add the Orange twist and then run around the rim of the glass.
- Garnish with Orange Twist.

This cocktail has a smooth forward taste of honey, followed by a slight bite from the absinthe.
•2.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin.
•.5 oz. Simple Syrup.
•.5 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice.
•1/2 of a Strawberry.
•1 slice of a Jalapeno.
•A couple of Cilantro leaves.
•Add ice to cocktail glass and set aside.
•Add all ingredients in order listed above.
•Shake vigorously to disperse Strawberry, Jalapeno and Cilantro.
•Empty ice from cocktail glass and pour into cocktail glass.
•Garnish with Strawberry, Jalapeno and Cilantro.
Side Note: This is how you make Simple Syrup Ingredients:
Equal Parts sugar to water.
I.E. 1 cup of hot (almost boiling) water to 1 cup of sugar.
To add flavor simply add desired spice, extract juice etc. in small portions until it reaches desired flavor.
For this recipe: 8 oz. of water; 8 oz. of sugar.
